Protein World Practice

So 2016 has been the year that I decided to finally make a blog to call my own! and last year 2015 (wow! that feels really strange to say) was the year that I really got into the fitness game and I am loving every minute of it.
Long story cut short I have been with my other half for just over 3 years now and ever since I met him he has been absolutely obsessed with fitness, so much so that every thing he does in life is somehow revolves around it his job, his hobbies, love of rugby, going to the gym everyday... you get the picture.

I started to become inspired to make my body better for me, I joined a gym, started finding foods which worked with my body as my digestive system is rubbish and various foods can make me so sick. I started to realise that not only was my body feeling better but also my mental state because of all the little endorphins running around my body after I had exercised (your going to find I really like the word 'little'). Going to the gym became my escape, my me time  when things got tough but also something I was learning about everyday and by doing something which was making me feel better about myself.

The gym I go to is The Gym Group and the staff there are really helpful, I don't use a personal trainer as I quite like to learn things on my own I follow a lot of fitness enthusiasts on Instagram and make my own routines from the videos that they post. - Helpful tip right there guys!

Now your thinking just cut to the chase Hannah.. right? Well Protein World came about because after about a year of working out and going to the gym, even though I was noticing positive effects on my body; they were never for a long period of time. My strength is amazing to what it was and my shape has changed a little, but my aim for this year is to tone more and build more muscle, I decided to go with the Whey Protein Isolate in Banana flavour. The reason I chose this was because it is going to or should provide me with everything I need to achieve my body goals.

I want to tone up, build muscle but I also wanted to use protein shakes to get more protein into my diet as I'm not really a meat lover, I've started to notice that my muscles ache for much longer in recovery time so hopefully this little baby will help with all of those things! The isolate version is also really delicate for sensitive digestive systems, if you look on the website www.proteinworld.com explains every use for the different proteins they supply; just because 'The Slender Blend' is the only one we see advertised on social media doesn't mean that's the one which is going to work for you.

Protein World's delivery service was amazing, it came the very next day! and if you miss your order you can choose a day which suits you! I love how personalised they make your order sending a cute little post card of appreciation.. I purchased the gym bag, Banana Whey Protein Isolate and The shaker because I'm a newbie to the protein party but I was really impressed that they put in some leaflets explaining different ways you can use your protein powder and tons of recipes which I can't wait to try.

Today was the first day that I had my first ever shake and I loved the taste, I've tried a few of my boyfriends before and wasn't particularly happy yuk! I shall do an updated review in 6 months and see whether I feel I have noticed a difference in using protein combined with my fitness plan, I am really excited about changing my body especially because the industry is growing so much but also because this is something which is going to benefit people all over the world creating a more positive lifestyle can never be a bad thing.

Make sure you keep an eye out on my blog for more fitness entries and to follow me on my new journey of blogging.

I hope you have a wonderful week and I see you again soon.
